The best B2B outbound lead generation agencies in Australia, compared

Illustration of a shortlist, a balance and a calendar with booked days.

The best B2B outbound lead generation agency in Australia is the one whose channels, pricing model and definition of a qualified meeting match how your buyers make decisions. Six agencies that serve Australian B2B companies and publish how they work are worth a look, each for a different reason: Callbox for large multi-channel programs across ANZ and Asia, Garner Collective for fixed packages run by an Australian-based phone, email and LinkedIn team, Leadcycle for founder-run email outreach on a month-to-month basis, Nousu Collective for phone-first outbound from Sydney with a meeting guarantee, UpliftSales for phone-led SDR programs built only for B2B technology companies, and CLCK (that's us) for cold email, LinkedIn or both, with reporting that follows replies through to opportunities.

If you want qualified meetings booked straight into your calendar, the phone-led agencies (Garner, Nousu and UpliftSales) publish the most detail on meeting targets and what counts as qualified. If your buyers are more likely to answer a well-researched email or a LinkedIn message than a cold call, Leadcycle and CLCK lead with those channels. Callbox runs all of them at a larger scale. Published monthly fees start at $3,900 plus GST, and most published prices sit between $5,000 and $8,000 a month.

A note before you read on: CLCK is one of the six. We've described every agency, including ourselves, using only what's on each agency's own website, checked on 2 November 2026. The one exception is our own usual minimum term of three months, which isn't on our site. Where an agency doesn't publish something, we say "not published" rather than guess. Prices and terms change, so confirm them with the agency before you decide.

The six agencies in more detail

Listed alphabetically. Each profile covers what the agency does, how it charges, what it says about meeting quality and the kind of business it suits.

Callbox

Callbox is a global lead generation company that opened in Australia in 2008 and runs its ANZ programs from its Australian operation. Its SDR teams combine phone, email, LinkedIn and digital touchpoints, and its services include appointment setting, account-based marketing and event marketing.

Pricing. A subscription built from "campaign pods", each with one dedicated SDR, contact data, a campaign manager and weekly reporting. Callbox's global pricing page estimates $6,667 a month per pod without stating the currency; the exact price comes after a consultation. Contract length isn't published.

Meeting quality. Callbox says it hands over qualified, confirmed appointments with a lead brief. Most campaigns launch two to three weeks after onboarding, with initial qualified meetings typically in the first 30 to 45 days.

Suits: businesses that want a large, multi-channel program, several target segments at once, or help reaching New Zealand, Singapore or Malaysia.

Worth asking: the contract term, the currency and GST treatment of the quote, and who on the ANZ team will run your campaign day to day.

CLCK

CLCK is a Melbourne agency that builds and runs targeted outreach for Australian B2B companies through cold email, LinkedIn or a hybrid of the two. We choose the prospects with you, write the messages, manage the sending and the replies, and hand interested buyers to your team. Cold calling isn't one of our services.

Pricing. We don't publish prices. We talk through the market and scope with you and give you a price before you commit. Our usual minimum term is three months.

Meeting quality. We report contacts, interested replies, booked meetings and sales opportunities as separate numbers, so one doesn't pass for another. Appointment setting is included where it's part of your campaign, and you approve the targeting and messages before launch. Cold email goes out from separate sending domains, not your main one. We don't guarantee meetings or sales.

Suits and limits: see "Where CLCK fits, and where it doesn't" below.

Garner Collective

Garner Collective provides appointment setting, lead generation, telemarketing, cold calling and inbound lead management, with every caller based in Australia and a head office in Cronulla, NSW. It can build the prospect data or work from your CRM and dormant leads.

Pricing. Three packages, each with a three-month initial engagement, all excluding GST. Build ($3,900 a month, $599 setup) covers phone and email with a dedicated rep. Accelerate ($6,000, $899 setup) adds LinkedIn, dedicated cold email campaigns and more reps. Growth ($8,000, no setup fee) adds a team working inside your CRM and sales process.

Meeting quality. Each package has an indicative monthly target: 4 to 6+, 6 to 8+ and 8 to 12+ qualified meetings. Garner states these are targets, not guarantees. It publishes four tests for a qualified meeting (company fit, contact relevance, a reason to meet and a shared understanding of the meeting's purpose) and records the exact definition in the campaign agreement.

Suits: SMEs and larger organisations in technology, construction, professional services and other B2B markets that want an Australian team and a set package with published inclusions.

Worth asking: which package matches the channels you need, since LinkedIn isn't included in the entry package.

Leadcycle

Leadcycle runs done-for-you email outreach for a small group of clients at a time. Its founder, Kieron Brown, personally writes the campaigns and manages replies, follow-ups and appointment setting, so your job is to take the meetings. It helps with LinkedIn only in select cases.

Pricing. $5,000 a month plus GST, plus a small subscription paid directly to the software it uses. There's no lock-in: the program runs month to month with seven days' notice to pause or cancel, and you keep ownership of your data.

Meeting quality. Leadcycle advises clients it takes on to expect 10 to 30 appointments a month, which it says works out at $100 to $300 per meeting. Most clients book at least one meeting in the first seven days, and campaigns hit their stride after three to four weeks. It doesn't offer a money-back guarantee; instead it will donate your first month's fee to a charity of your choice if it doesn't live up to the expectations it set.

Suits: established businesses with a high-ticket offer (client lifetime value over $10,000), notable clients and a compelling point of difference. Leadcycle says it will tell you if you're not a fit.

Worth asking: whether there's capacity now, since it works with a small group of clients and offers a wait list.

Nousu Collective

Nousu Collective is an outsourced SDR agency with an in-house team in Sydney and no offshore callers or subcontractors. It leads with the phone, adds email and LinkedIn follow-up, and works mainly with B2B SaaS, technology and professional services companies across Australia and New Zealand.

Pricing. From $7,000 a month plus a $1,000 one-off setup fee, depending on calling hours, channels, markets and team size. A three-month term, then monthly. Nousu charges a flat retainer rather than per meeting, saying per-meeting pricing rewards booking as many meetings as possible rather than the right ones.

Meeting quality. Nousu defines a qualified meeting as the right person at a company that fits your ideal customer profile, with a stated reason to meet and a confirmed time in your calendar, plus a handover note. It says a typical campaign books about eight qualified meetings a month once running, within a range of 6 to 20. From month two, you get a credit for each meeting it falls short of a floor agreed before launch.

Suits: B2B technology and professional services firms whose buyers answer the phone and who want a guarantee tied to meeting volume.

Worth asking: whether the quoted fee includes GST, and how the meeting floor is set for your market.

UpliftSales

UpliftSales is a Sydney-based outsourced SDR agency that works only with B2B technology companies. It runs phone-led lead generation, cold calling and appointment setting with Australian-based SDRs, and its founder, Jamie Partridge, takes the first strategy call with every prospective client.

Pricing. One monthly fee per dedicated SDR, quoted after a scoping call, covers the people, data, dialler, scripts, reporting and CRM integration, with no setup fees. A three-month minimum, then monthly with 30 days' written notice.

Meeting quality. UpliftSales says most clients see 8 to 15 qualified meetings per dedicated SDR a month within 90 days, with first meetings typically in weeks two to three. It reports against meetings held rather than meetings booked, and each meeting comes with handoff notes on pain, budget signal, buying stage and next step.

Suits: B2B technology vendors, including overseas vendors expanding into ANZ, whose buyers are in Australia.

Not a fit: businesses outside B2B technology, or campaigns where the target buyers are entirely outside Australia. UpliftSales says so itself.

Which agencies focus on booking qualified B2B meetings?

All six book meetings, but they put the emphasis in different places.

  • Garner Collective, Nousu Collective and UpliftSales are built around appointment setting. Each publishes a monthly meeting expectation and a description of what makes a meeting qualified, and each leads with the phone.
  • Leadcycle books appointments from email outreach and publishes the meeting volume and cost per meeting it advises clients to expect.
  • Callbox offers appointment setting as a core service and hands over confirmed appointments, without a published monthly figure.
  • CLCK books meetings where that's part of the campaign, and reviews with your team which replies became meetings, opportunities and customers.

If a booked meeting is the outcome you're buying, ask every agency on your shortlist the same thing: what exactly has to be true for a meeting to count?

How to judge meeting quality

A meeting count is only as good as the definition behind it. These are the checks that separate a calendar full of the right people from a busy one.

Four tests before launch: company fit, right person, reason to meet and agreed purpose. Then three checks after the meeting: held not just booked, handover notes, and whether it became an opportunity.
What makes a meeting qualified: four tests before launch, then three checks after the meeting.

A written definition before launch. Garner and Nousu both publish the tests they use, and Garner records the exact definition in its agreement. The usual elements are a company that fits your profile, a person with a real role in the decision, a reason to meet and a prospect who knows why the meeting is happening.

Held, not just booked. A booked meeting that never happens costs your team prep time and gives you nothing. UpliftSales reports meetings held. Ask every agency which number it reports.

Context at handover. Your salesperson should walk in knowing what the prospect said, why they agreed to meet and what happens next.

What happened after the meeting. Opportunities and customers are the numbers that matter. That needs your sales team to tell the agency which meetings went somewhere. We cover the causes and fixes in more depth in why outbound lead generation books unqualified meetings.

Pricing models compared

How an agency charges shapes what it works hardest at. None of the models is wrong, but each rewards something different.

Four pricing models side by side: monthly retainer, package with targets, retainer plus meeting credit, and pay per meeting, with what you pay for, what each rewards, what to check and which agencies use it.
Pricing models and what each rewards, with the agencies that use each one.

Monthly retainer. You pay a set monthly fee for a team and a scope. Leadcycle, Nousu, UpliftSales and Callbox all work this way. It gives an agency room to research accounts properly and turn away poor-fit prospects, but the fee doesn't change with the number of meetings unless there's a guarantee on top.

Package with indicative targets. Garner publishes fixed packages, each with an indicative meeting range. You can compare inclusions before you talk to anyone, and you know the target, but the targets aren't guaranteed.

Retainer with a meeting guarantee. Nousu adds a credit for each meeting below an agreed monthly floor from month two. That gives you some protection on volume. The floor and the qualification definition are what make it worth something, so read both.

Pay per meeting or per result. None of the six charges this way, though some agencies in the market do. It looks lower risk, but any fee based on meeting count pulls a campaign towards more meetings. If you go this way, agree the qualification criteria in writing before launch and decide what happens to meetings that don't meet them.

Minimum terms. Garner, Nousu and UpliftSales start with three months, and so do we in most cases; Garner and Nousu say that's the time a campaign needs to set up, gather evidence and improve. Leadcycle is month to month. Callbox doesn't publish a minimum.

Choosing a channel mix

Phone, email and LinkedIn do different jobs. The right mix depends on who your buyers are and how they prefer to be approached.

  • Phone first suits buyers who answer their phones and markets where a short live conversation qualifies quickly. Garner, Nousu and UpliftSales lead with calling, and Callbox includes it.
  • Email first suits defined markets where you can reach decision-makers directly and a well-researched message gives them a reason to reply. Leadcycle leads with email, and CLCK runs cold email on its own or alongside LinkedIn.
  • LinkedIn suits buyers who want to see who you are and what you know before they respond. Garner (mid-tier package up), Nousu, Callbox and CLCK include it, and Leadcycle helps in select cases.
  • More than one channel widens reach into the same accounts but adds coordination: a prospect who replied on LinkedIn shouldn't get another cold email the next day.

Our comparison of LinkedIn and cold email for B2B service businesses goes deeper on when each one should lead.

Questions to ask before you sign

Whichever agency you're talking to, these questions will tell you most of what you need to know.

Checklist of eight questions to ask an outbound agency before you sign, from what counts as a qualified meeting to when it would tell you the campaign is not working.
Eight questions to ask before you sign.
  1. What counts as a qualified meeting, and is it written into the agreement?
  2. Do you report meetings booked or meetings held? And will you report opportunities and customers if we share that feedback?
  3. Which channels will you use, and who runs each one? Ask where the people making the calls or writing the messages are based.
  4. Who provides the data, and who owns it at the end?
  5. What happens to my main email domain? Agencies running cold email should use separate sending domains and warm them up.
  6. What's the minimum term, the notice period and the full monthly cost, including setup, software and GST?
  7. What do you need from my team? Any agency needs someone at your end to take the meetings and respond to interested prospects quickly.
  8. When would you tell me this isn't working, and what would you change first?

Where CLCK fits, and where it doesn't

We're a good fit if you sell to other businesses, can describe the customers you want more of, and your sale takes some thought: there's a real cost, risk or change involved, and often several people in the decision. We suit businesses that want their outreach to start a conversation by email or LinkedIn, and want the replies, meetings and opportunities recorded so they can see what's turning into revenue. Our background in HubSpot helps there, though you don't need to use HubSpot to work with us.

We're not the right choice if you want cold calling, a list of contacts to work yourself, or a guaranteed number of meetings or customers. In those cases, one of the phone-led agencies above (or, for a contact list, a data provider) will suit you better.

If your problem is the follow-up rather than the lead flow, it may be worth fixing that first. Our guide on when to fix HubSpot before scaling lead generation covers the warning signs.

Frequently asked questions

How much does outbound lead generation cost in Australia?

Among the agencies here that publish prices, the lowest monthly fee is $3,900 plus GST and most sit between $5,000 and $8,000 a month (see the first table). UpliftSales and CLCK quote after a scoping call. Setup fees, software subscriptions and GST can add to the headline figure, so ask for the full monthly cost.

Do lead generation agencies guarantee meetings?

Most don't. Of the six here, only Nousu publishes a meeting guarantee: a credit for each meeting below an agreed floor from month two. Garner's meeting ranges are indicative targets, not guarantees. Leadcycle offers to donate your first month's fee to charity if it falls short of the expectations it set. CLCK doesn't guarantee meetings or sales.

How long before an outbound campaign books its first meeting?

The agencies here publish different timings. Nousu starts calling two weeks after sign-off. UpliftSales says first meetings typically land in weeks two to three. Garner launches in week three of its 90-day plan. Leadcycle says most clients book at least one meeting in the first seven days. Callbox says initial qualified meetings typically appear in the first 30 to 45 days. CLCK's setup and email warm-up typically take around 10 to 15 business days before sending starts.

Next step

Shortlist two or three agencies whose channels and pricing model fit your buyers, then ask each one the questions above. If email or LinkedIn outreach sounds like the right fit and you'd like to talk it through, book a strategy session. We'll tell you whether outbound makes sense for your market, and if we're not the right agency, we'll say so.
