HOW WE WORK

These are the steps we take when working with clients to develop and implement an inbound marketing strategy.

Step 1

Connect Call

This is a 30 minute phone call to help us understand your business goals and objectives. We’ll ask you about your current marketing activities, your products and services, and your plans for the future. This is to help us work out if inbound and content marketing is a good fit for you. If we think we can help you, we’ll arrange an exploratory call with a senior inbound strategist.

Step 2

Discovery Call

Once we’ve established that an inbound marketing strategy can help you achieve your goals, we need to develop a deeper understanding of your business. We’ll ask about everything from your finances, sales funnel, existing marketing activities, and KPIs. During this call you will also receive actionable advice on ways you can improve your inbound marketing efforts, regardless of whether you engage us. If you like what we have to say at this point, we’ll book you in for a full strategy presentation.

Step 3

Strategy Presentation

Now that we have a thorough understanding of your business, your goals, and your existing marketing, we’ll provide you with a personalised blueprint for achieving inbound marketing success. We’ll go over all the details of ways you can leverage content marketing, social media, outreach, and marketing automation to attract more leads and customers in a cost-efficient way. We’ll also present you with a 6-month game plan that details how we can help you achieve all this.

Step 4

Onboarding Project

(Optional)

Over the next 4-6 weeks we go through a process of building your inbound marketing engine. This includes developing a content strategy and editorial calendar, planning the premium content to be produced for your lead generation, automated workflows, website optimisation (or development), software set up, and reporting. Once the engine is built, you can then choose to carry on with the strategy in house or engage us on a retainer basis.

Step 5

Ongoing Growth

(Optional)

Now that we’ve established the foundation for your inbound marketing success, we need to create the fuel that runs the engine. This includes creating regular content (at least two blog posts per week, etc.), social media management, website maintenance and support, and lead nurturing processes such as automated and broadcast emails. You’ll be assigned a dedicated account manager who’ll develop a thorough understanding of your business and be your main point of contact, including presenting weekly reports on the project progress.
